4 Design Panels - need updated photos and text redone

Our website showcases homes for sale that can be stayed in prior to purchase. Essentially, consumers can "try it before they buy it". People visiting our website are in the market to buy a house, but they want to spend the night in it first. Most of our homes are located in amazing resort locations: beach towns, ski towns, golf communities, etc.

4 design panels. You can currently see our existing and outdated panels on the home page. It's the 4 rotating flash panels (Spend the Night, Helping Buyers, Helping Sellers, Realtors and Developers). http://www.previewstay.com For further clarification, view the document labeled "4 rotating images". I want you to get TOTALLY CREATIVE AND DESIGN SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I HAVE. For example, take a look at the attached file titled "Best Design so far - 3.29.12". That is an excellent example of someone thinking outside the box. 1) Change the look of the 4 tabs at the bottom if you want. And even put them in a different location if you want (to the right or left, etc.) It is very important that the image blend in with the rest of the website. Each slide should be bright and happy. I would prefer that you use photos of people in some of them...as that make the site look more professional and real. The total dimensions need to be: 460x295 pixels It is VERY IMPORTANT that the 4 panels blend in with the rest of the website. Use the EXACT same text that you see mentioned on the slide "New Text". Font for the text: please feel free to display the text in anyway that you think is best. Feel free to place it anywhere on the page and use any font. Ultimately, what matters most, is that the message is presented clearly and is easy to read and is done with a good design. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: It is absolutely vital that the text be easy to read. You should not have any type of distracting image behind the text. Otherwise, it will be too confusing and difficult to read. IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding the text "Spend the night and buy with confidence". Design this and place it in any way that you like. Use any font you want, etc. Put it anywhere you want, etc. If you actually want to seperate it from the image and put it above, that is ok, also (just make sure the total height of the whole slide is 295 pixels.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When presenting your designs, it will be helpful if you can present them embedded within the home page. This will allow me to accurately assess how the images will look on our website. Please take the colors of the photos into consideration. These photos will be the FIRST thing that people see when they come to our website, so it's very important that they are active and engaging. Photos: feel free to use stock photography. I will gladly pay for the photos at the end of the contest. If you find the right photo...the price does not matter. It will be worth it. The image dimensions need to be: 460x295 pixels
