MANGER GRAS LA GROSSE SURPRISE Pourquoi le beurre, la viande et le fromage font partie intégrante d’une alimentation saine
Nina Teicholz is a journalist who became an advocate opposed to the mainstream nutritional principle that saturated fat is unhealthy and should be minimised in the American diet.
This book tracks how nutritional guidelines have changed over time to exclude fat from our diet and how this has had a very negative effect on our health.
Anybody interested in nutrition and how it affects our health
Book cover type
The book cover for the French edition should be in the same style as the book cover of the english edition on the amazon UK site. The images of the bacon, eggs, cheese, butter and avocado can be illustrations instead of photoshopped photos like in the example. In the example we see the words BIG and FAT written in food. Our letters of the alphabet forming the words MANGER GRAS should be with the following food. Eggs, perhaps fried eggs sunny side up, bacon, cheese, avocado, butter. I have mentioned 5 foods, but there are 10 letters, so something will have to be repeated, different forms of bacon, or different cheeses comes to mind. You can see the english version of the ebook here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?i=stripbooks&rh=p_27%3ANina+Teicholz&s=relevancerank&text=Nina+Teicholz&ref=dp_byline_sr_book_1
What to avoid
If you choose to use images, photos of the different food items mentioned then use them from the website https://pixabay.com/ the choice is not vast but they do have images that can be used for this project. That is why illustrations may work better.
