amylI got their new book cover by running a design contest:
Create a book cover for Learning as Leadership's first book project
Check out amylI's Book cover contest…
We offer leadership development and organizational culture change through feedback, seminars and coaching. Our customers are senior executives in very large companies and federal agencies.
What's your vision?
We need a book cover design created, both for an ebook (epub and mobi) as well as a paperback for a small book of 4700 words we wrote. The book is called Making Others Good: The Crucial Tool for Transforming Dysfunction in Your Organization by Shayne Hughes. It identifies dysfunctional interpersonal behavior that undermines the full potential of another person and how to transform that into Making Good behavior that helps everyone win. We want the cover to appeal to CEOs of large companies, focus on the positive (Making Good), and possibly use a semi-abstract image. Using photos or drawings are fine. The cover should say our company name somewhere on it: Learning as Leadership. And have our web address on it too: www.learnaslead.com. Our logo might be used on the back of the cover but probably not on the front.
I will provide the ISBNs at the final round of the contest.
