Reimagining Instruction Schools and Education is an Education (Professional Development) book which targets a need to reform school improvement (teacher development) practices. In the absence of consecutive years of quality instruction reduces the probability that achievement gaps will ever be closed is greatly decreased. In order to maintain consecutive years of quality instruction, school improvement methods must improve their ability to positively impact teacher practice. Most school improvements efforts fail due to the lack of considering both, the content and process. Reimagining Instruction, Schools, and Education will identify research-based approaches to shape school improvement and teacher development.
