Ryan Elledge is an epic fantasy, science fiction and horror author who has been crafting stories in his mind since he was a child. He has been actively working toward publishing since graduate school, starting with The Light of Shadows, the first novel in the Balance of Shade and Radiance trilogy. He lives with his wife, son, and their dog, Smaug, who is far less ferocious than her namesake.

Book description
The Light of Shadows is an epic fantasy novel that ushers readers into a world on the brink of war, where tensions are rising based on false accusations but actual economic hardships. It is packed with sword and sorcery combat as well as an investigation that hopes to prevent a war that will only serve to line the pockets of profiteers.

Men and women ages 16+ who enjoy fantasy stories with high action, interesting magic systems and expansive worlds.
