Design a logo for Peaks and Bends - clothing for outdoor athletes and lovers

We are creating casual apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats) and cycling jerseys (mountain and road biking) inspired by trails, rivers, lakes, roads, and other outdoor destinations that outdoor athletes and enthusiasts consider their home turf. Men ages 25-55 are the anticipated demographic, but other enthusiasts outside this demographic will certainly be customers as well. I love to mountain bike, trail run, and road bike. These trails and roads are what inspired Peaks and Bends. I see people wearing jerseys and t-shirts with manufacturer logos all over them, even though I wouldn't wear a Nike shirt or Trek jersey unless they're sponsoring me to do so (which isn't happening in this lifetime). But I'd wear a shirt with my favorite trail's name as proudly as any pro football fan wears their city's jersey. Peaks and Bends aims to offer apparel like that. Winding trails and roads--the bends of Peaks and Bends--will be the focal point of the site, so I hope the "bends" might inspire the logo as much as the peaks. After all, it's not just reaching the peak that counts, it's the journey there.

I'm completely up for suggestions, but I liked the idea of brown and baby blue with an orange accent. Please don't let that limit you--I'd love to see ideas that surprise me.
