What's your vision?

I am in need of one icon "100% satisfaction guaranteed", The size of this badge is good, and the colors are nice. I'd love something very similiar but tweeked enough so there aren't any copyright violations. A little more simple would be ok, so I can stay within my budget. And maybe more gold for a splash of class. I need the icon to be adjustable in size without loosing quality, slightly larger or smaller, similar to getty images. I can adjust their size on my website and the clear crisp, high quality remains. iStock images for some reason I cannot modify without them looking distorted.
