MrFreelance got their new flash animation by running a design contest:
Flash Elements Needed! *First Prize $300 USD*
Check out MrFreelance's Flash Animation contest…
I'm looking for original Flash elements (.fla files) that would be useful to Web Developers and Designers. Things like Preloaders, Buttons, Menus, Animations, Text or photo and masking effects, etc.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Anything Desired Style: Cool, Trendy, Web 2.0 Accepted File Formats: .fla I'm developing a website that will provide free Flash resources (.fla files) to Web Designers and Developers. I'm looking to get some original flash content on the site that others will find useful. Submissions could fall under any of these categories: -Animations -Galleries -Preloaders -Buttons & Menus -Players (music or video) -Forms -Video -Text Effects -Photo & Masking Effects -website templates -Other Please note: Upon payment to the winners I will own the rights to the files. The files will be placed on my website for others to download FREE. I will not be re-selling the content. The winning designers will also get a link to their personal site (if they have one) and FULL CREDIT for the work on the site. I won't be doing any glory stealing so don't worry:) I will award a second prize winner ($50 USD) and possibly multiple runners up ($25 USD each). I can't stress enough that all the graphics and code need to be ORIGINAL. DO NOT purchase stock from other sites and try and upload it as your own. All contestants are encouraged to be on the lookout and bring to my attention any entries that may not be 100% original. Anyone found to be uploading purchased content and claiming it as their own will be disqualified from the contest. Prizes will be awarded to the "coolest" and most useful elements, but I reserve the right not to award a winner if all your entries suck (but I don't think that will happen since you all seem to be really talented) :) Enter as many times as you like because if you're good, you could win first AND Second prize :) I'm sure you all will have some more questions, so feel free to ask and I'll try to be quick with my responses. Good luck!
