What's your vision?
I am looking for multiple illustrations of an African American boy, age 4-6 years old, in a one piece owl pajama (something like the character from "Where the Wild Things Are" - but the feet and hands are out) . The hooded part of the pajama should clearly show the eyes and ears of the owl. He does not need to have the hood on in each illustration. I also need a few illustrations of the boy's mother. The mother's hair is in a pineapple style hairstyle w/ a scarf. The illustrations should be playful, characters are envisioned to have expressive faces. The hair of both the mother and child has texture - not straight. While this competition is only for ONE DESIGN, below are the illustrations that I will need for the entire project. I expect to work 1:1 with the winner to complete the remainder of the illustrations. - the boy sitting up in his bed - the boy asleep in his bed - the boy looking under his bed with a flashlight - the boy looking down the hall to his mother's room - the boy dancing in his room in the dark - the boy looking at objects that cast weird shadows in his room - the mother walking the son back to his bedroom - the mother in her own bedroom, sitting on the bed talking and talking to the son peeking into the her room - the mother kneeling by the son's bed, son laying in the bed NDA is not attached, but will be required. Final files needed include a 300 dpi (dots per inch) CMYK image in: • PDF • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
Example references are attached; the final should not copy these, but be inspired by and better than these.
