Story to tell in the infographic
How various elements of the Company Shop process and ethos are undergone - who is involved and how it works from the very beginning.
Data to include in the infographic
1) SUPPLY CHAIN WASTE Original slide attached. Supply chain visual - must show how food products go from manufacturer - to distribution centre - to shop (via deliveries in between). Must detail various reasons why food comes to Company Shop, including: short codes (never out of code), wrong labelling, trial stock, damaged over-production, incorrect labelling, transport trials, failed promotions forecasting issues, packaging design, failed delivery slots, depot rejections, planning issues, delists, sub standard product, quality rejects. 2) THE FOOD WASTE HIERARCHY Must demonstrate the contents of standard food waste hierarchy triangle (standard example attached) but we are looking for something a little more inventive with regard to shape and colours. This slide needs to make it clear that Company Shop allocate 95% of their food waste to human consumption - in a non triangle form, we are open to ideas here. 3) THE HANDLING OF RESIDUAL GOODS Original slide attached. Currently this is in a cyclical format which is not an accurate representation - the process is as follows: a) Company Shop (CS) obtain retailers permission to handle residual stock. b) CS then liaise directly with the manufacturer to obtain the stock c) Trading relationship between manufacturer and CS commences. Another way of representing this chain is sought.
Elements to include in the infographic
Original slides attached for reference, standard features: -Company Shop logo as on attached slides -Colour illustrations with accurate wording -Visual representations of various processes - in any format.
Please make the three designs similar in design, colour etc as they need to follow our internal branding format (to a degree). Quick responses appreciated as we need the final design by close of play tomorrow.
