The cloud software platform helps teachers, Specialized Instructional Support Personnel (SISPs) address the needs of learners with IEPs, IFSPs, and 504 Plans in early intervention programs (age 0-3) and in pre-K thru grade 12 across all learning disability classifications covered under federal I.D.E.A law. LiftEd choreographs the workflows of student's school case management teams including general & special Ed. teachers, learning specialists, related service providers (e.g. speech & occupational therapists), school leaders, and parents in one place to: · Deeply understand student's unique learning needs (IEPs, IFSPs, 504s auto-integrated from Special Education ERP/Compliance Systems) · Plan individualized instruction or tiered supports tailored to address unique needs of each student, so s/he can access the general curriculum (tier 1 - tier 3 MTSS supports) · Access and curate evidence-based classroom instructional activities, behavior interventions/support content that can be scaled district-wide · Monitor student progress continuously towards individualized learning goals · Manage related service therapy direct/indirect billing and reporting · Use data effectively to improve instruction or intervention practices and learning outcomes

****PLEASE FOCUS ON THE LOGO AS HIGHEST PRIORITY, LOOKING FOR 24 HR / LESS TURNAROUND. WE can figure out the brand guidelines after logo approved. **** lifted_logo_large.jpg attachment is our current logo. We like the trending arrow, but want a more modern feel and fresher/more vibrant color. For example, instead of the current green, I like #03B37A or something similar. Instead of the current blue, I like #2974BD or something similar. We also like the text difference between Lift & Ed, but not completely married to it, so feel free to be creative in that approach. This is our logo from 2016. Our newly launched platform still focuses on improving learning outcomes for students (hence the ascending trend arrow line), however we also now have a strong focus on collaborative case management-- teacher, therapist, specialist, care provider teams working together to collectively and confidently harness collaboration + data-driven insights to improve outcomes for the learner. In 2020_lifted_fb_background.jpeg, you'll see I played with a new logo iteration that includes a collaboration/handshake icon before the LiftEd text.
