We want to be the better backchannel for the workforce by providing a safe space online for individuals to rate/review their manager and share their experiences. Our target audience is the tech workforce.
We view a cat as our confidant - someone we can confide in. We'd be interested in seeing ideas with a cat's tail incorporated as the "C" in Confidants but don't feel limited by this request as we're open to anything.
