Carlos was very easy to communicate adn work with and of course, we're very happy with our winning design. Handover was seemless and Carlos was happy to provide everything we asked for, thank you!
Loparka's design was originally a contender in a contest I ran here a couple years ago. I always liked and remembered her design but was talked into awarding the original win to someone else. I regret this for the last few years and finally got in touch with her to make it right, and pay her for her excellent work! It is elegant, well composed, beautiful to look at and just the right touch of classic and modern. Mahalo Nui Loa from Hawaii!
Fantastic designs and a willingness to tween exactly to the clients requirement - top design - thanks!

Who are you known as?
Ashley River Lumber
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a 3rd generation family Sawmill and Logging Company. We own and manage forest, and log the trees. We then produces many wood products from sawdust(burning fuel), wood chips(making paper), shavings(animal bedding), and most importantly cutting lumber custom to each company or individuals order. We have the ability to take if from raw resource to finished lumber and cut it to custom specs unlike Lowes, Homedepot or other lumber yards where you get what they have. We target large corporations that need crating, pallets and other packaging. We cut very large long lumber for semi trailer floors or exposed beams in upscale homes. And then we also sell to the local wood worker, boat builder, and carpenters too! We also manage use the best practices for managing the replacing the trees and wildlife to keep the cycle going for the next generations.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Most the general public has little knowledge of the wood industry and most the ones that do are tree huggers that think we are bad. The truth is we help to create more trees and healthier trees. Our ideals here are to harvest the large mature or bad trees in an area. Then the middle age and younger trees have more light and space to grow and reproduce. We let people use the lands for hunting, fishing and farming and have some protected from ever being developed. What I am looking for is a friendly trendy type of branding and logo that even someone that never buys a product from me would like to have a sticker of on the back of there car. That's why I uploaded that fish symbol above. It is for a local retail fishing supply store. But you can see these stickers everywhere on cars and people you know that don't fish like a college girl or soccer mom. But everyone around here knows Charleston Angler because of these symbol. I don't want big bad sawmill, i want trendy environmentally friendly sawmill for everyone. I wasn't sure to go with company name by itself or with website also. Thanks! Be creative!
