Est 2004 (or established 2004). Fine wine, spirits, craft ales
Food & Drink
1. BACKGROUND/OVERVIEW The big picture: Currently 70% of turnover is to trade/wholesale customers and the perception from passers by is that we only sell to the trade. We want to change our image/ customer perception through our logo. We would like to consumer to perceive us as a high quality retailer of wine and spirits with a friendly and relaxed approach. Our site is on an industrial trading estate in an affluent residential area of St Albans 1 km out of the city centre. 2. THE OPPORTUNITY To date no real focus has been made on marketing the business, all business has been walk in. There has also been no online presence. By rebranding and adding an on trade side to the business (customers will be able to buy wine to drink in store) we can use this to market the business effectively online and physical brand presence to increase retail footfall as well as overall sales.
Winner will win prize money plus a case of fine wine. Even though prize not guaranteed, best will still receive the wine! What do we want them to Feel about the Brand: they are getting added value in their purchase because there is a relationship, the wines are unique and have been hand se-lected. that you can get good value wines as well as finer wines and be assured the best possible advice and friendly service. Knowledgeable without being stuffy. Attached photos of current logo which is 13 years old.
