veronikah got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Colorful but clean and cool logo for skill-sharing website
Check out veronikah's Logo design contest…
Workshoppa is a an online hub for practical offline workshops. Anyone with a skill, hobby or passion can get help with organizing their workshops. On the other hand - anyone with interest in self improvement or someone who just likes to try new things and learn new hobbies can browse through listings of workshops. Workshops are taught mainly by non-experts, but by passionate individuals. Topics range from gardening, knitting, website development, how to use LinkedIn, how to carry babies in scarves to how to make sushi. Basically anything that one doesn't learn at school. Our vision is to promote learning as a social experience. Target audience are both men and women, age 25-40 in Sweden who are interested in personal development, skill sharing, people who like being inspired and like learning new things. Our target audience are mainly highly educated people (most probably with a university degree).
Other color requirements
Colorful - for example red, yellow, purple, pink, green and blue (not necessarily all of them) - combinations and different shades of those. Please see uploaded references.
I'm looking for a flat logo. The logo could say 'Workshoppa' but it doesn't have to. It could also be a letter W or something else (something suggesting sharing of skills?) There should be more colors than 3, but in that case they should go very well together. Overall I don't have a clear image in my head about how the logo should look like but please look at the references I uploaded - it should give you a lot of inspiration. Some key words are: inspiration, breathy, fun, optimistic, friendly, trustworthy, modern, cool, maybe even a bit hipster, creativity, playful. Geometric but with a very organic feel to it.
