Food & Drink
Grassroots Shrub is a colonial cocktail mix/soda alternative made with fruit and sweetened with honey, sold to people at farmers markets and the counter culture of Portland, Oregon.
Logo types to explore
Looking for something people would want to have on their bar and show off to their friends. Shrub is a colonial drink and I want to play up that its something the pioneers would drink. Really looking for something that is a clever play on the Cascadian flag theme, that also looks good if it just had to be printed in black and white. If you need to read an article on what shrub is this is a good one: http://www.culinate.com/articles/features/shrub_love/print
