2. A. Our customers are 30-70 years old, mainly women decision makers, high school graduates and university graduates. Average of 1500 dollars per month incomes. They are visiting our store to get a new bed for themselves or a loved one or to buy sleep accessories like "pillows, mattress protectors etc". Our visitors; many are first time bed buyers who are transitioning from a grocery store purchased bed or one from a box store (sams club).
3. What benefits do you give your customers? We give our customer’s good beds, a fine selection, immediate delivery, good delivery, and knowlageable sales staff.
4 What feelings do you want to evoke in your customers? We want them to see that they are making a good investment, they came to the right people, they are getting the best price, and we are as a company strong enough to be trusted with their mattress order.
5.What action are you trying to generate from your customers? We want them to buy a bed from us.
6.How are you different from your competition? We have a more knoalageable sales staff, we have a better presenation than they do, a cleaner store, a nicer place to buy mattresses, our items are in stock, we care about the customer more
