Brook Furniture Rental provides rental furniture solutions to corporate services clients, real estate and multi-family housing clients, commercial furniture dealers as well as consumers. Brook AMP is a relaunch/revamp of our referral program that encourages Brook Advocates (Millenials) to promote our products and services to their prospective residents (apartment communities) that have a temporary furniture need. By making these referrals, Advocates earn varying referral rewards as well as build up a lifetime-value loyalty award bonus. The entire program is now managed via a 100% cloud-based platform (Amplifinity.com) that enables them to refer in a variety of ways, track their referrals and get rewarded online, choosing from dozens of different retail e-cards.

We are leveraging various personas that have been promoting getting their Side Hustle on and earn referral rewards - See Allie and Kyle in the attached reference materals. We will be continuing with this campaign to launch the Brook AMP platform. AMP was chosen as the name of the program for a variety of reasons: AMP stands for Advocate Mgmt Program. AMP has multiple connotations: to make (someone) more excited or energetic, to make (something) more intense, to increase the amount of (something) - all very relative when talking about a referral/loyalty program. Get creative with the design. Ideally it will incorporate some iconography that encapsulates the concept of the program and will become the brand for AMP. Please do not let the style guide affect your design decisions. Looking for something visually interesting and program specific.
