gallagherA got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Education-focused Nonprofit needs new professional logo
Check out gallagherA's Logo design contest…
We are a nonprofit that provides professional development workshops for educators. We are a membership organization and our goal is to help educators become leaders. We also connect educators that have similar roles to help them build community beyond their school.
Other color requirements
Our brand colors are below. You can incorporate them in the design. Okay to use white, gray, black also. 1 - F38020 2 - 1FA4AC 3 - 248CCB 4 - 142147
We have already done a lot of work on a potential logo design, which I have communicated in the attached logo brief. We are open to new ideas and building upon the work that we have already completed. I also attached a pdf with a bunch of logos of organizations that are in a similar industry as us to give you an idea of our competition. The last thing I attached is one inspiration idea of Fibonnaci's shell for our icon. Why we are changing our logo: We are eager to have a new logo that doesn't feel like a slight evolution of what has already been done, but something brand new that feels professional and recognizes that we are now a statewide organization. What are you trying to accomplish? What are you trying to convey? We want a professional logo that conveys not only the collaborative mission of the CATDC, but also the professional journey of educators that we are actively supporting through CATDC membership and programs.

And then… they selected a winner!
My designer was amazing responsive and gave incredible creative energy to this project. Each idea was more interesting than the last. In the end, it was such a hard decision between the incredible concepts, but I chose this one because it was clean, meaningful, uplifting and versatile. I love my new logo!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
