Greetings everyone! I'm looking for a designer to help bring concept/idea to life for a would be online comic shop owner. The concept revolves around comic books, also known as "Slabs" in the collector community. A slab is a comic book that has been authenticated/graded and given a numerical grade (see example provided). The winning design will be used for a website dedicated to comic book collecting called: Capture The Slab (not published yet). My idea is that logo should look like a comic book that has been graded (again see example). Also it needs to include the text: Capture The Slab as title slogan. The design should include similarities of a graded comic book enclosure, it must include the numeric value, label, colors. Additional elements that you would find on a comic book looks is highly encouraged as well as hand drawn original concepts as long as primary details are included (highly favorable).
I will give preference to original designs and concepts so please try to be original. I'm not looking for cookie cutter templates nor boring signature/luxurious logos. This design should be fun, imaginative, and related to the hobby of collecting comic books or superheroes. Good luck to everyone and I look forward to your concepts and working with you!
