OBie33 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Independent School, Summit Academy - strong academics & athletic programs - needs emblem/logo/brand
Check out OBie33's Logo design contest…
Summit Academy is a new school, opening in Sept/17. Our theme is active learning - by being active throughout the day, learning outcomes in the school are improved. Our target audience is middle to upper class families that value rigorous and thorough education standards and an active daily lifestyle, with an emphasis on active based learning. We strive for outstanding academics and provide an extensive physical activity and sports program to keep our students active. Research shows physical activity helps kids learn!! In addition to gym class every day, students can opt to participate in hockey, soccer, or dance. We need a strong, timeless interpretation of a Summit Academy emblem. It must immediately connote success and over time, mean excellence in academics and a well rounded graduate who understands leadership and is set up for future success. Our mission—to develop and educate the minds and spirit of tomorrow's leaders that will change the world for the better —is a heartfelt promise to our students and their families. It is intentionally ambitious. It inspires us to be our best and reminds us that we have the responsibility to respect the unique potential in every child and their ability to have a unique impact on the global stage.
Other color requirements
Our colours are Navy Blue and baby (or pale) blue
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
OBie33 is collaborating with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
