Italian Oyster Bar
Food & Drink
Toscana Mare is a new restaurant in the "Toscana" Brand. Toscana currently has 2 Italian restaurants.. Toscana Ristorante (fine family dining) and Toscana Bar Italiano (bar/lounge). This concept has a focus on seafood, so this has to come through in the logo. The demographic is ages 30-60. Toscana is a classy brand with an old-time Tuscan vibe. We want to incorporate that into the Mare theme, so it still feels like a Toscana brand but with a seafood twist. This new location has a huge bar with a raw oyster bar, and a large dining room and event space. The new location is also a tick more pricey than the previous 2 locations, so the logo should feel upscale.
