Shop, Cook, Eat - Better!
Food & Drink
I teach people new skills in the kitchen, or how to improve their existing skills. Custom modules for basic how to's (chop an onion, roast a chicken) to more advanced (poach a chicken for three meals, cook “en papillote” parchment, bake a pie from scratch) all are designed to address what you want. Anyone who needs to buff up their confidence in the kitchen can benefit. Want to learn how to shop smarter? Read labels? Cook once, eat twice? Throw a dinner party? Pair food and wine? Make killer chicken soup, stock, gravy. Key audience: cooking enthusiasts with disposable income, desire to get better (however they define it) in the kitchen.
Logo types to explore
This page describes the concept - links take you to more examples. http://jacquelinechurch.com/marketing-communications-2/training/ I'd like the graphic to convey confidence and engage people - "hey, I could use some help with that" without feeling like they have to say "I need help with that" to reach out. Positive, authoritative, friendly. Maybe a whisk/light bulb? To convey cooking and "ah ha!" in one ? Or a pie with a wisp of steam in the shape of a lightbulb? A cast iron skillet with an exclamation point or light bulb? (Are we sick of the light bulb yet?) No toques please. Simpler is better. I have a website header with a photo of figs, could be nice to tie in to the fig theme/colors? Also, please use fonts I will be able to access and use w/o further licensing fees? THANKS.UPDATE: 3/29: Here is a link to my Pinterest page:http://pinterest.com/ldgourmet/ Thought you might benefit from a visual representation of things I like.
