isaacward got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo design for goolygost.net
Check out isaacward's Logo design contest…
Goolygost.net is my personal website used for sharing photos with my friends and family. I would like a main logo with the word goolygost or goolygost.net, a small logo without text and a favicon interpretation.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Open. Desired Style: Clean, modern, web2.0 cartoonish Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png) Goolygost is an anagram of Ghouly Ghosts, or spiritual beings that look after you. I have posted an original painting of ghouly ghosts at http://www.goolygost.net/sitepoint/contest.jpg that I would like to translate into a logo, small logo and favicon. I am looking for something clean and modern, that maintains the look and feel of the image, but adds a Web2.0 cartoonish twist. I am not fussed about the dot background, and am happy for creative interpretations. I will provide lots of feedback to help guide. For the main logo, I would like the word Goolygost, or Goolygost.net included, open on font and it doesn't have to be capitalised. For the small logo, I would like something without words, to be used for section/line headings and to maintain the look on longer web pages - like the ones currently on the website. I would also like a small favicon (because I can't resize for crap and my icon drawing skills aren't very good either). I like the current colours, but am open to changes. Be creative!
