Olly Richards got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for foreign language publishing company
Check out Olly Richards's Logo design contest…
*** Update: Please do NOT use a pen in the logo, as it’s too generic. I need something more unique. The things that are unique to the company are: - languages - storytelling - Japan (eg. Mt Fuji) Please try to incorporate something related to these concepts in the logo, and it must stay simple. Remember, this will be visible on the spine of books. *** Logo required for publishing company. This logo will be at the forefront of our print and web presence, appearing on all our books and websites. Olly Richards Publishing is a business focused on the production of language learning books and material. We create original, creative and provocative language learning material based on storytelling that helps people learn to their full potential. Our mission is to help people find joy and fulfilment in languages through the power of story. We are looking for an experienced designer to create our own logo! This logo will be at the forefront of our print and web presence, appearing on all our books and websites. The logo itself should reflect our mission statement and transmit a sense of creativity, originality and fun. We prefer a logo which is written, modern & light. Not stuffy. It should feature the name of the company and be modifiable to fit both on a front cover as well as on the book spine. However, we welcome any sort of variation and design you feel may best represent what we are looking for.
