How blanc.cam started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
La Belle Vie
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The logo is for my small restaurant / cafe / tapas bar (16 seats inside, 30 seats outside on the terrace). We will serve fresh food, fine quality products and will focus on offering rare or less known products from all over the world so that clients always discover something new when they come.
(just adding here after seeing the first submissions: my place isn't a coffee shop, we will serve juices, coffees and pastries during the afternoons but will be a proper tapas restaurant at night serving wine, beers and cocktails!)
It is situed in the brick-built city of Toulouse in the south of France, and has a very sunny terrace.
The interior design is industrial (wood, brick and metal) but contemporary (ie it's not old wood and rusty metal, it looks more "fresh").
Expected clients would be between 30y and 50y.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
1. La Belle Vie would translate as "Life Is Beautiful", I chose this name because when you're having some quality food & drinks under the warm sun my terrace has all day, and contempling the beautiful view on the river and splendid buildings in front, all you can say is "Life Is Beautiful" ;)
2. The only text on the logo should be "La Belle Vie", I don't want any subtext such as "Restaurant & cafe".
The logo could include a drawing, maybe something related to the terrace (like a drawing of people seated at a terrace?) or inspired by the view from the terrace (see linked photos, could be a stylised or minimalist drawing of the bridge and beautiful building?).
