Food & Drink
The Southern Highland Meat Co. is a family run business, focussing on bringing fresh, quality produce to discerning consumers and Sydney's premier restaurants and bars. Our produce is sourced from the cascading, luscious green pastures of the Southern Highland region, 120 km south west of Sydney, Australia. We are transforming the austere and sterile environment of the traditional Sydney butchery to a modern yet rustic 'go to' for your produce needs. The heart of our company is the pride we have in cultivating healthy black Angus cattle that translate to quality cuts of meat served up in Sydney's top restaurants and bars.
