Where child's play meets professional services

We are a recruitment company looking to create a new division called "Allied Educators" that will recruit both permanent and casual workers for early childhood centers. We need something that talks to early child care workers. It is very important that there is a personal touch, but it also needs to be funky enough to encourage child care workers to want to register with us. It also has to have some young / child caring theme.
