Erilz got their new logo design by running a design contest:
ZORK. An opportunity to create a new title for an animated series of the classic game.

Entertainment & The Arts
Zork was a text-based video game from the 80s that gained incredible popularity in the time between the dawn of Dungeons & Dragons and more advanced graphics game systems. The game was set in "the ruins of an ancient empire lying far underground". The player was a nameless explorer "who delved into this dangerous land in search of wealth and adventure". The goal was to collect the Twenty Treasures of Zork while exploring the "Great Underground Empire", a series of dungeons stocked with mysterious objects protected by deadly creatures. Tone and theme: We’re going to create a fun and hopeful animated fantasy action-adventure television series show with some nostalgia for adults and wonder and thrills for kids. We’ll delve into classic Greek & Roman mythology, magic, and wisdom mixed with 80s nostalgia. Zork at its core, is about treasure hunting and exploration. So this captures the spirit of playing the game and not knowing what’s going to happen next. We’ll explore the themes of choice, taking risks, finding one’s path and defining oneself through action. These will be organic to the series. Our series is aimed at boys and girls ages 6-11. Co-viewing with a core of 10 years-old.

Angelo was FABULOUS! Super responsive and willing to make quick changes upon request. His designs were far and above the others that were submitted and he took my brief and concept and designed it to perfection. I couldn't recommend him higher. Thank you!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
