Island LA needs logo & website infused with Coastal flair

Coastal Vista Design, Inc. (CVD) is a small, boutique Landscape Architect Design firm located on Sanibel Island and specializes in creating custom, high-end residential landscapes, pool designs, and outdoor living spaces for affluent residential and vacation home owners on Sanibel and Captiva Islands and surrounding areas along Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast. We offer our clients an exceptional design experience throughout the duration of each project. Our focus is Creativity (great design that speaks for itself), Connection (creating strong relationships with clients and industry associates) and Contribution (giving back to the local community).

I would specifically like to incorporate a rich Aqua into the logo design but do not have a specific RGB or CMYK selected.

Industry category above should read Landscape Architecture. I have categorized my various attempts at logo creation into 3 categories: Water, tropical leaf foliage, and vista (water, foliage and sunset). As CVD is located in a coastal and semi-tropical community, there is a strong desire to incorporate water, waves, or wave like movement into the logo. I like the range of aqua tones as reflected on the current business cards. The business cards are placeholders currently, to be updated once a logo has been selected. Another thought is the incorporation of a palm frond texture or tropical leaf texture of philodendron monstera leaf might be interesting to incorporate but not necessary. The word Vista is a nod to 'design vision' and may be represented with a distant sunset on the horizon. Although preferred colors indicated were Aqua, greens, and grays - I have considered a hint of a cool or complimentary orange tone (seen on the water during sunset) to the Aqua may be creatively incorporated. In thinking of descriptive words for the logo and website the following come to mind: Coastal ~ Inspiring ~ Creative ~ Sophistication ~ Tropical ~ Outdoor Living ~ Serene ~ Relaxing

As I am a new business I have postponed this creative process as I am currently waiting for some of my recent landscape design installations to mature for photographing. As CVD is growing, there are increasing requests from clients about a website to look at. I have a few photos but I don't think I have enough, so I was hoping to use some photos along with large lush photographs of leaf foliage as placeholders that can easily be swapped as soon as I have landscape photographs photographs to add. Homepage - Site logo - wow photograph - appeal to new clients. Page 2 - About Page (mission statement, expertise, community involvement) . Page 3- Portfolio/Gallery. Page 4 - Services. Page 5 - Contact information and information form.
