Food & Drink
My brother and I make award winning, organic, extra virgin olive oil from our 125 yr old olive orchard in northern CA. Our product is high end, so not everyone like paying for it.. Chefs, nutritionists, Dr's, health nuts, foodies, all love Nuvo.
What's your vision?
We want to make a menu that describes how to use the different olive oils and balsamics together. Just like a wine menu might suggest a particular food that compliments the food. So for example, pairing the Jalapeno olive oil with the White Peach balsamic makes for amazing salad dressings, desert dressings on top of strawberry's or as marinade for chicken. So we'll provide the content, but we're looking for an easy to read, but fun looking, simple design that highlights how the oils and balsamics match and then suggest a few ways you can use that pair.
The Menu should be broken down into 4 categories - intro, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Co-Milled Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegars. Feel free to re-word or restructure, am open to ideas. Intro California Olives growing on 125 year old olive trees are delicately picked each year by brothers Joshua and Nathan Mardigian.
