aftab001 got their new menu by running a design contest:
The Pizza Club needs a vibrant, eye-catching, cutting edge A4 Delivery Leaflet Menu
Check out aftab001's Menu contest…
Food & Drink
We sell pizza, fast, cheap and great quality. We have the same target audience as Pizza Hut and Domino's.
What's your vision?
A tri-fold A4 leaflet delivery menu. (see "roll fold menu" image attachment as example of menu). Please focus on ONE side of the menu for the Qualifying round (Side A). In the Final Round, the info for the other side of the menu (Side B) will be provided, to be completed then. Colour preferences: Yellow , Green and Red, Black, White What kind of design? Attractive, Refined, Colourful, Unique, Modern, Slightly Pop Arty.. Our 2 key concepts have been low prices and most importantly our business is centred on a ‘create your own’ kind of system. Side A - please check attached file "Side A" which shows the outline of how the page should look. The new PDF file named "Side A Pizza Club Menu" has the full list of menu items. Side A: Page One - Shows the toppings, prices and base options - For this page put an emphasis on the toppings and prices over the choices of base and additional extras table. Page Two: Shows our new set menu for delivery purposes for customers in the general pizza market that are used to the traditional set menu kind of pizzas such as Margerita or American Hot. Page 3 The Sides, Dips & Drinks, Desserts The Sides, Drinks and Desserts can all go beside each other or however you feel fit but not in the same layout or with same emphasis as The Mighty Delivery Menu inside lol. [End of Side A] Side B will be completed in the Final Round - we will give you the content once the Final Round begins. Side B will show one section for our logo (attached below) and contact details; one section displaying collection offers; and one section which has our disclaimer information and room for a pizza related graphic. This menu needs to represent our business in a unique way. It will create an instant image or reputation of our business so it is important to our business which is why we've waited so long to try and get it right. Please keep the below in mind: - Vibrant use of colours - Intricate and bold in displaying key information like prices - A little loud and experimental yet followable - Fun yet refined and intricate We have a number of 1 to 1 design projects to follow with the winning designer.
This spec does not need to be taken literally in every aspect it is to inspire you to a great finish based on our thoughts and ideas about our brand and what we would like the menu to express. It is very important to us as it will be a shop front in itself for people who have not visited the store before. We dont really need pics but if you want you can use one subtle cartoon stock image pizza. We have included our TV menus in the uploads section to provide you some inspiration. Please add an r in a circle to logo to represent that it is registered now. What we like about the TV menus for example - its bold use of colours combined with detailed background. Good luck
