Design for the Best Social App to Come

It’s a social and low-fi-gaming app, based on characters that look like the users and locations that are real but cartoonized.

I require different templates of real places designed, so we can customise them (in terms of colours) according to the real.

So let’s say I’m going have a isometric Starbucks in my app. It should have the abstract look and feel of a Starbucks, yet not too detailed.
If Caribou Coffee decides to kick in, I should be able to do a quick design as well in accordance to their real brand.
A bank might also want to have this virtual 2D branch in our app.
A hospital..
On and on..

These places and designs are for a mobile app. The places will have mini people (isometric characters too) inside them, so we need to have a sort of open space in the middle for the virtual people to stand.

I would also like the designer to pitch in designs of heads, bodies, eyes, accessories, etc that form the character.
