Marginal Boundaries is a brand dedicated to language and cultural immersion, globalization, full-time travel and expat living around the globe. Our goal is to help others achieve a life of absolute creative and financial freedom as international citizens using the power of Internet, social media and passive income. Our flagship product is The Expat Guidebook. For more information and inspiration, you can visit www.marginalboundaries.com.
What's your vision?
The latest publication from Marginal Boundaries is an eBook covering the social revolution of the last 20 years, how Internet has changed the world, freedom of information, global consciousness, creating realities through digital means, leveraging social media to create a passive income and live anywhere on the planet you desire, establishing absolute creative and financial freedom, and moving beyond misguided notions such as pledges of allegiance and national pride to achieve shared consciousness with your universal brothers and sisters around the planet as part of The Human Experience. I have two different design concepts. The first is detailed in Attachment One. The second is detailed in Attachment Two. Please see the attachment for full brief details, as well as the attached images/sketches. This is an eBook, so a back cover is not required. I'm fine with either a single, stand-alone image or a digital "mock-up" of a hardback book. The images will be placed on websites, blog posts, Amazon.com for the Kindle version, G+, Facebook and beyond, so it needs to be a larger image that I can shrink as needed based upon the needs of the site. The vast majority of the images will be hosted on websites, so go with the "standard" size as per your expertise. I have attached the Marginal Boundaries logo, which should be used as per the attachment details. I've also attached several rough sketches that can be used as conceptual guidelines. I also really enjoyed the book designs laid out at this 99 Design contest (http://99designs.com.mx/print-design/contests/book-cover-design-urban-survival-guide-37132?filter=all&sorting=time) including the winner, at least as far as "rough ideas" go.
I am flexible on most of this stuff; these designs and sketches are simply the early "idea" stages. I'm not an artist, so feel free to be flexible within the aforementioned guidelines and I'll let you know whether or not I like something or what direction I think the sketches should be moving. I'll be in regular communication so no worries, and, as mentioned, just direct message me if you need more information. Upon completion of the final cover, I will also need to change out the final text into Spanish for an alternative cover, as this book will be published in both English and Spanish, or have the file sent over with the flexibility for me to change the text on my own into Spanish.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Other book or magazine starts at €269.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
