Our target audience is women in the 25-50 year old age bracket. They are savvy, professional, and know how to use an iPad. 

Hi there. Thank you so much for much for reading this brief. Perfect Skin Magazine is a publication that will be released on Apple’s newsstand on the iPad. This is a digital magazine (e-magazine). What we need is very simple. A cover design and 4 articles designed. We are using this as our sample issue that is why there are only 4 articles. The most important part of this magazine is the cover. We have attached below some of the covers that we like and the designs that we like. The main things that we want for the cover is the name “PERFECT SKIN” needs to be visible. We also want a VERY BEAUTIFUL face for the front of the cover. Things that we are looking for is “clean cut”, “glamorous”, “elegant”. Remember this is a beauty magazine so it must be beautiful! :) There will be 3-4 headlines on the front cover. Any more than that would swamp the main image. The is an e-magazine on the iPad therefore we need people to be pulled in by the picture and the title “PERFECT SKIN”. Here are the headlines: “Eliminating Cellulite - The 3 Ultimate Steps To A Smoother Sleeker You” “Stopping Wrinkles In Your 30’s” “BOTOX - Fountain Of Youth Or Poison In Your Face?” “5 Natural Skincare Remedies - Look 10 Years Younger Than You Truly Are” If you want you can actually change the format of the text or use a different headline if you think that would be appropriate. Please also provide us with 1 or 2 article templates using the articles that we have attached. If you are the best designer we will ask you to design all 4 articles for us. We may also ask the winner for one or two other pages such as an editors page and table of contents. But for now just focus on the cover and 1-2 articles. Dimensions of the magazine and cover should be 768 x 1024. Use only portrait pages, NOT landscape. Also I would suggest having only 1 or 2 columns maximum per page. 3 columns works well on a print magazine but not so well on an iPad. Finally, we've attached an example magazine with cover and a few article templates for your reference. Please make our magazine even more beautiful than this! :) Thank you very much!
