Design a product advertisement for an eBay retailer

We are an online retailer. We sell small kitchen appliances on eBay Australia. Our customers to this particular product are housewives and fishermen.

We need an advertisement designed for our new product called Vacuum Food Sealer. We plan to sell it with other accessories as a package in this advertisement. ( You will also find detailed content in the "WORD" file attached plus images for your design work. ) Due to the intensive competition on eBay, we need an outstanding designed advertisement to catch customers’ eyes and make them fall in love with the product. Unlike the conventional advertisements on eBay, we want this product advertisement designed like a Magazine Page that needs to be laid out with strong focus on typography and visual clarity of graphics. ( we attached a few sample designs for your reference. ) Requirements for the Product Advertisement: 1. Pages need to be laid out with strong focus on typography and visual clarity of the images. 2. Theme color: 2 or 3 ( No Brown color on theme ) 3. Our targeted customers are both housewives and fishermen for this particular product. So please DO NOT design the ad either too Feminine or too Masculine. 4. Width of the advertisement: 900 pixels. No height value. Please choose the best length to perfectly show information.                                                                                                                                                      5. Photoshop files and fond types are needed for editing the graphic later. We want to divide this advertisement into 3 sections for the easy reading. We would like a 2 or 3 colour theme across all 3 sections. Section one is the introduction of the package we are selling and advanced features of the main product --- Bigland VS5500 vacuum food sealer. It is the most eye catching part of the advertisement. It should be designed with modern, elegant, professional and upmarket style. You can use the group image for part of your design for this section ( or you can pick other images that we provide to create your own group image as long as it includes all products we sell in this package.) * BE CREATIVE WITH THE GROUP IMAGE WE PROVIDE, MAKE IT POP OUT AND EYE CATCHING. The group image can be designed with a modern kitchen background or more creative graphic etc. Please remember to focus on typography and visual clarity of the images. The modern typography is more our choice. Section two is primarily focused on the main products of the package (vacuum food sealer, canister set and the wine stoper) and the instructions on how to make the bag and how to use canister with the food sealer. This section can be divided into 3 sub-sections. ( You can separate section 2 into 2 pages if you like ) First sub-section is for the main products (vacuum food sealer, canister set and the wine stoper). Use relevant images we provide to design with each product description. Second sub-section is for How to make a bag from a vacuum bag roll. Combine the JEPG files (6 images named step1, step2, step3, step4, step5 and step6 ) with each step description. The third sub-section is for Vacuum package in a Canister. Combine the JEPG files ( 2 images named Step A & Step B) with each step description. * Make section two interesting to read as it contains lots of contents. Strongly focus on Typography. Section three is the summary of the key features, product specs and package contents. It requires a clean & clear look with easy to read FONT.

There is no height value for each section. (Choose the best length to perfectly show information. )      You don't have to use the kitchen background picture that I provided to design section 1 if you have a nicer one on hand.
