New Training Company Needs Powerful Branded Course Outline

We sell on-line, on-demand training for developers.

I am looking for a polished & professional course overview/outline to use to sell our course(s) to potential customers. This will be sent to potential customers looking for more details about the topics covered in the course. The file should be something that can be generated into a PDF to be downloaded by customers. I would like something inspired by our logo that incorporates our company colors. This should be something designed as a "template" so that the text content can be editable by me rather than having to go back to a designer to update content as that part will be fluid as updates are made to the course. All content of the syllabus will be provided by me. No creative writing is required...just creative design.

I would like to know what program will be required to edit the file once created. I have attached two versions of our logo in an illustrator file. i have other file formats if needed. i have also attached a concept of how i'd like the content to be laid out with surrounding graphic design and formatting subject to creative input. I will provide content later. And finally, i have attached our brand colors & fonts in a ZIP file for use.
