We are a wholesale real estate company that specializes in finding distressed properties and matching them with investors/buyers who fix and flip houses, as well as rental portfolio managers who are looking to expand their inventory. We created an application for our agents that encompasses CRM, contract management, and lead management capabilities. This project is adding additional functions to the lead management module so agents can see all of their leads in one place and easily monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

We want our agents to have a sleek, modern, and intuitive interface for a new lead management module we are terming the "Lead Center". This is a new module within our existing CRM so while we want to make sure the UI best suits our users, it should also align in general with the color theme of the existing design (sample will be provided). Users will primarily be mobile so it needs to be mobile-first but with a desktop application also. The less "clicks" for users to get to key functions the better. The module contains a homepage/landing page with sections for Leads, Campaigns, Reports, and Settings. Each of those sections is broken into Buyers & Sellers. The information will be slightly different between buyers and sellers but we want the interface to look as similar as possible between the two. We need a design for both mobile and desktop. The included wireframes are mockups for a mobile design that are intended to be easily translated to a desktop layout. The work provided should include both a mobile and desktop version.

Wireframes are being provided, but if there are better ways to organize the details, we are certainly open. The wirefames provided are JUST for reference - we want the best layout possible. Our primary goal is to have the best user experience for our agents with the most intuitive design. Note that the "wireframe" for the Leads Main landing page is NOT laid out, but is simply a list of the sections the users will need access to.
