Postcard promoting app to schools

We develop software applications for schools and universities to use in their online testing.
What's your vision?
We're seeking a postcard to promote our application LockDown Browser to K-12 (secondary) schools and districts in the US and Canada. We would like a warm, inviting design that's very clean and crisp, features a high-quality photo of students at computers (see detailed specifications for photo below), and is easy to read. Here are the details: *****CONTENT -- FRONT***** [HEADER] Do Your Students Cheat During Online Tests? [Selected photo should be a main focal point or background of the postcard front and should take up most or all of the space] [PRODUCT NAME] LockDown Browser [if proper case is used, the D in LockDown must be capitalized] [SUB-HEAD] Used by 1,500 institutions to prevent cheating during online tests [IMAGE: We want a striking image with compelling visual appeal, warm or bright colors, and multiple students in a computer lab or classroom setting. Students should appear to be 12-18 years old, and should appear as though they’re taking a test on a computer - pretty serious, not laughing or smiling, not using facebook or taking selfies. No books, papers or phones in the shot, and no teachers helping them. *****CONTENT - BACK***** [HEADER] Prevent cheating during online tests [BODY COPY] LockDown Browser LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment within the learning management system. It increases instructor confidence in online testing, and is used with over 60 million exam sessions annually. · Blocks access to other applications and websites during online tests. · Students cannot copy, print, or take screen captures. · Students are locked into a test until it is submitted for grading. · Available for Windows, Mac, iPad, and managed Chromebook devices. [CALL OUT -- 2 for 1 Bundle LockDown Browser + StudyMate Campus for one price [ OR - just include “LockDown Browser + StudyMate Campus”, and not “for one price”] StudyMate Campus makes it easy for students and teachers to create flash cards and other learning games, right within the learning system. License both applications for the price of one! Learn more at respondus.com/bundle [TOP RIGHT - Return address] Respondus [use small Respondus logo here – this is the only place you’ll use the Respondus logo] PO Box 3247 Redmond WA 98073 www.respondus.com [TOP FAR RIGHT CORNER - Leave blank space for USPS postage indicia, which is approximately 1" x 1". Our printer will print this on. This can be on a white area, or on a solid color.] [BENEATH ADDRESS AND POSTAGE INDICIA -- OR ALONG BOTTOM OF POSTCARD -- DESIGNER’S DECISION] SEAMLESS INTEGRATION WITH [use five partner logos located at https://db.tt/gI58ByrjTy – each logo should be no larger than 1.5” wide; enclose in a box, frame, or otherwise highlighted/outlined] [NOTES: There must be a 2" high x 4" wide area at the bottom right of the postcard back, blank white space for the recipient's mailing address, which our printer will print on. If desired, there can be a bar across the bottom of the card with design or content on it, up to 3/4" up from the bottom. But then the 2" x 4" white area would begin above that.] PRODUCT NAMES FONT: Museo Sans 500 or 700 Designs should use CYMK, not Pantone. If blue, orange, or green are used, our preferred color palette is: Orange: C 0 | M 46 | Y 100 | K 0 Blue: C 73 | M 38 | Y 0 | K 0 Green: C 33 | M 7 | Y 99 | K 0 Gray (no particular shade preferred) Ok to use other colors, but when using blue/green/orange, use these shades. They do not need to all be used together - just providing for reference. Designs should use one or two colors along with white/gray/black.
Please do NOT use the Respondus logo on the front of the postcard. The only place you should use the Respondus logo is very small in the return address on the back. Please do not use overlapping circles design from our website. Also do not try to use an overabundance of design elements - we will select a design that is clean, well-designed, somewhat minimal but catches the eye. We will likely hire the winning designer to do a second and possibly third postcard for this series, so keep this in mind. If you would like to submit multiple designs that could go together as a postcard series, please feel free. Thank you in advance for submitting!! Erin
