Description of the product target audience
wine club - mostly male, final design needs to be able to be comfortable with sitting on the dinner table with colleagues/boss types. Should look like it would retail for $25US
This is a wine label that harkens back to the era of the traveling 'snake oil salesmen, carnival, gypsy caravan design. We want to create an 'elixir' type label without being too creepy. Ideally there are 3 different versions of a label, maybe the main image changes but all the frame, scrollwork etc remains the same. The idea behind watchful maker is about a winemaker that has a careful science behind creating a blend (tinker-esque) Snake Oil, not too steam punk. Please use the bottle shape provided. Lots of layering, detailed background, scroll work, extra words, banners etc. Consider silver foil as the embellishment. We LOVE this vintage snake skeleton, how cool would he look silver foiled and wrapping in and around other elements?
What to avoid
no pictures of wine bottles, wine stains, wine glasses, grape clusters, vines unless incorporated into a pattern, design or illustration. stock images incorporated into the design ONLY. If the entire design is a stock image with our name stuck in there, we will decline that entry.
Front < 3.5" w x 4.5" h Back < 3.5" square, unique shapes OK
