We are beginning a marketing of our family recipes handed down through generations. We are starting with a tomato sauce and a cookie dough. Our sales target will initially be farmers markets, small country stores and the internet. Our products are all natural ingredients and they are hand crafted in small batches.
What's your vision?
I am including three pictures that may be used. The label needs to say, Audrey's Tomato Sauce. It needs to indicated it is "Hand Crafted" It needs to be eye catching and colorful. The family pictures can be included it total or in part. Family Product should be indicated. The picture of the Great Grand parents is of John J Perotti and Adele Berti Perotti who emigrated to the United States from Northern Italy (Verona lake Garda Area) in the 1890's. They bought a farm in Dutchess County and began a family, raising nine children. They were dependent on raising and preserving their own food products for the long, cold winters in rural New York. These recipes have been passed down and are replicated in these products with roots to Northern Italy. Be as creative as you would like. Audrey Perotti, the picture of the young girl, who this sauce is named after is the great grand daughter of John and Adele! The label will eventually include the UCP code and also the nutritional analysis.
