Description of the product
BlackFork Bourbon is a high-end Bourbon Whisky made from our smoke dried Native Grains, including Native American Corn and legacy German Rye. We smoke dry / toast these grains in apple, cherry and plumb wood before they are aged in new charred American Oak. Some or our bourbon includes a Black Walnut finish.

Target market is export into Germany, expanding into Spain, France, etc. There will be a small local Field-to-Glass market in the US that is located near event center that hosts wedding and an upscale craft cocktail lounge. Target age: 30 +/-, Target Gender: Male,
