Shugg got their new product label by running a design contest:
Craft Brewery Needs Badass Retro Beer Can

Other color requirements
Most of the can examples I attached have white and gold and a red variation with another color. Ours will be shrink wrapped cans, so we could actually have them print clear on the shrink wrap and let the silver shine through. So it could be metallic on the silver parts. Gold would have to be opaque. But really I'm open to any colors.

Magnolia Malt Liquor
Description of the product
We are a craft brewery that releases many new beers throughout the year. This will in essence be a funny, retro, throwback style can. It will be a 9%abv "craft malt liquor" that will sell in a 4pack of 12oz cans, which are shrink wrapped labels. That allows for full detail to transfer from the digital image to the plastic label, while printed cans do not. Again, it is possible to let the aluminum shine through the label and make some parts of the art appear silver/shiny.
Description of the product target audience
The target demographic is likely 25-35yo males. However older craft beer drinkers might enjoy it. It will be a very limited run of cans. It's meant to stand out on the shelf and make you laugh and pick it up. With so many crazy artistic/intricate beer designs out there, I imagine this one will stand out on simplicity, much like the can designs attached. It does not have to include the fonts I attached or be similar to our other beer cans. This is a throwback. As if our brewery was 30 years old, not 5. It could even have a vintage interpretation of our bird logo, before it 'evolved' over time.
It all began with a design brief.
