We manufacture and distribute a line of tropical ice cream and are expanding into the European Union. We have been making our signature tropical flavors for 40 years and selling in Asian and Specialty/Health Food supermarkets in the USA. Our target audience in the European Union are: • Asian immigrants & their adult children (primarily from the Philippines, China, Japan).
What's your vision?
We are looking for a new tub design for our ice cream going into Europe. This is an opportunity for us to evolve our packaging. Net Contents: 1.2L Product attributes (add as claims on PDP) • made with real fruits • made with real dairy milk (as opposed to vegetable oils) • no artificial ingredients Flavors (match to photos) • Ube (Sweet Purple Yam) • Mango (made with Philippine Mango) • Macapuno (Coconut) • Langka (Jackfruit) Deliverables: 1) Qualifying Round: 1 primary + color system for 3 add'l flavors 2) Final Deliverable: 4 PDPs + color system for backsides Attached is the die line as well as some notes. Also included is an image of the art that we currently use for Asian markets for inspiration.
The PDP (principle display panel) will be all in English, we will add other language translations to the backside. We are currently looking at adding 4 languages in addition to English. (Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian). Please use placeholder text for the foreign language translations and nutritional values. See attached document for EU label guidelines.
