Food & Drink
We sell gourmet barbecue sauce. Kelley’s is more than barbeque. Herbaceous, spicy and sweet, our sauce elevates the classic grilling staple to the gourmet table, endearing it to any meat dish including shrimp, fish, pork, lamb or beef. Handcrafted by artisan Dave Kelley for over forty years, we now proudly continue his tradition. Versatile, sophisticated, unforgettable. Target audience tends to be people willing to spend a little more for a high end, top shelf, craft product.
What's your vision?
I have attached what we have so far which gives the feel but lacks zing and artistic anything. Want the feeling of single malt scotch or irish whiskey label, leather chairs--London gentlemen's club meets barbecue sauce. -I want to incorporate the castle tower and lions and motto banner from the Kelley family crest--the banner with family motto must remain in the final design. -I like the way Kelley's in green plays against the green dog in the crest, but I do not want to keep the crest as it is--I want to keep the components of it (castle tower, lions) but I would like to expand and alter the actual crest art. -The crest itself does not have to be there. -I also do not want the banner below the crest that says Kelley's again...redundant. Possibly place the logo partially behind KELLEY'S. - I like the tag words and language but the whole thing needs more movement and flow. -Feel free to be creative with the coloring and pulling the crest apart only keeping the tower and lions and banner with motto. -I would like gold (maybe bordering) and green involved. The blue is totally optional. Gold inlay perhaps around the edges in the whiskey label tradition is the thought. Open to ideas and suggestions but do have a fairly developed idea of retaining and enlarging the castle tower and lions, somehow incorporating the crest motto. Sophisticated, elegant, cigar bar feel. I don't think the white background is working. Needs more depth of color and richness. Open to different colored backgrounds
The sauce is sold in a standard 16 oz mason jar.
