We will make different varietals but this competition is for a premium bottle of shiraz. An example of a review of the shiraz: A mouth filling , full bodied shiraz with a medley of succulent black fruit flavors and McLaren Vale dark chocolate lurking in the shadows
Description of the product target audience
Market 1: 30-45 year olds who enjoy the natural beauty of the region, an interest in wine and food, particularly organic wine. Environment is important to them. Branding with soul and a back story. Both male and female. Label is important to them. Market 2: 35-60 year olds who enjoy a good quality wine.
