Food & Drink
Small changes in brewing inputs and processes can have great outcomes on the end beer that you drink. From small beginnings great things can grow; be the change you want to see in the world. Butterfly Effect aims to; inspire, push the boundaries, and change your perception of what beer can be. We sell craft beer to customers in Queenstown and throughout New Zealand, through our Brewpub and through other licensed premises.
What's your vision?
Butterfly Effect Brewing Company, Label and Branding/Logo, Queenstown New Zealand. I am looking for a clean modern design to stand out for the usual cluttered craft beer label. A butterfly in flight should be the logo with the words Butterfly Effect on the front as well. The colours I am looking towards is a metallic gun metal gray and a soft gold/yellow for the brand colours. Ideally these two colours might go with a pascal colour as well to use only 3 colours (the third pascal colour ideally should be able to be changed for future labels). I could have this completely wrong and any advice is appreciated. But I would like to differentiate my craft brewing company from the many others on the shelf in New Zealand. Queenstown is also the adventure capital of New Zealand, and a great place to go out and have a beer. But it lacks a Brewpub, and a well known craft beer label, I want to change this and I need your help. Queenstown is known for its high end dinning, and its vineyards, the target age group is 25 to 50. Currently there is no Brewpub to cater to these people. A previous company I Co-founded: www.hopbaron.co.nz Hop Baron was clean, and clear, but I would like something that represents the creative art side of brewing that I love. A bit more flair and art in there would be better. These companies really impress me: http://www.omnipollo.com/ http://www.mekfartin.fekdesign.com/ http://eviltwin.dk/ http://mikkeller.dk/ I have also attached some files of other labels that have elements that are what I am looking for, plus the bottle dimensions. Label Dimensions: 95 mm heigh by 110mm wide The Front: 1. I want the butterfly to be the biggest part of the label on the front, and most importantly be a piece of art, simple but detailed. The butterfly should appear in flight, to represent constant change and; like beer - alive with life. 2. There also should be Butterfly Effect written on the front which is quite visible. The Back, Text along the lines of: Butterfly Effect Brewing Company Small changes in brewing inputs and processes can have great outcomes on the end beer that you drink. From small beginnings great things can grow; be the change you want to see in the world. Butterfly Effect aims to; inspire, push the boundaries, and change your perception of what beer can be. (A BLANK area for me to fill in the type of beer and any drinking notes about it.) butterfly effect n 1.(General Physics) the idea, used in chaos theory, that a very small difference in the initial state of a physical system can make a significant difference to the state at some later time [from the theory that a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world might ultimately cause a hurricane in another part of the world] Please drink responsibly www.facebook.com/butterflyeffectbrewing
I like artistic clean modern design, and I'm open to most things. Refer to previous Hop Baron files to see what I have been a part of before. Hop Baron was to much of a compromise for me, Butterfly Effect is my own thing so I want something that stands out, that is different, and artistic, but still retains a clean modern look.
