What's your vision?
Note to Finalists: Very nice designs, I like very much where this is headed. I just uploaded a new image file so you can see the shape of the Chardonnay bottle. The label is on the lower portion of the Chardonnay bottle. The bottle for Pinot Noir is also the same shape as the Chardonnay Bottle but it is black in color like a Cabernet Sauvignon bottle. The labels will all be the same size regardless of the type of bottle they are used for. The new finished size will be 4 1/4 inch in height and 2 inches wide. I am looking to refine these ideas so that the design keeps the same LOGO type look for FINE but has a color variation for each varietal of wine. At this point I like a Black label with FINE in metallic gold for all labels. My thought is to change the capsule color and varietal name to match the capsule color on the label. So, Cabernet Sauvignon in red with a red capsule. Merlot in blue with a blue capsule. Again always on a black label with FINE in gold metallic. All capsules have a thin gold line to match FINE in gold. I also have an upscale line of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is FINE HERITAGE RESERVE. My thought is to add HERITAGE RESERVE horizontal below FINE. This is the only label that will be reversed with a metallic gold label and the font reversed to black. My thought is all fonts in black to match FINE except for HERITAGE RESERVE being in red. CALIFORNIA will also be replaced with NAPA VALLEY. Capsule in black with a thin gold line. This label may also look better as a black label all fonts in Gold except for Heritage Reserve in red. There you have it, this is the ultimate goal for where i am trying to get to with the labels for FINE wine.
