Chateau des Bareilles
Chateau des Bareilles
Description of the product
Château des Bareilles has been owned and managed by the same family for 5 generations. It is located in the world’s most prestigious wine producing region: Haut Médoc BORDEAUX. Its neighbours have names everyone has heard at least once: Château Margaux, Lafite Rothschild, Lynch Bages, and so on. Nonetheless, Château des Bareilles is a much more discreet wine, it has kept a family management structure and focuses on producing lower quantities of the best possible product. Objective: create a wine label that inspires the same respect as high end Haut Médoc wines, while appealing to younger consumers with a synoptic and clean design.
Description of the product target audience
Our target audience is young, in the 25-40 range. Here’s what we have in mind when we think about our customer: Young women or men aged around 25-40 who have a university education and starting their new post graduate job. They like fashion, dress with designer clothing and enjoy shopping for themselves. They have a nice apartment / house that they live in alone / with their partner and have a big social group of friends from university and work which they meet on evenings and weekends. They drink everything from beer / wine and spirits but tend to purchase quality / premium alcohol. When selecting a wine, they will analyse the label with attention and will be a major factor in their purchase equation.
It all began with a design brief.
