We are selling Gluten Free Cassava Flour. Nine Harvest Cassava Flour is produced from Sweet Variety Cassava. Fresh cassavas are harvested from fields in Indonesia and processed right away at a plant nearby. The Cassavas are peeled, washed, and soaked at the plant to remove toxins and excess material. They are then naturally fermented before being dried and grounded. The result of this process is a fine white Cassava Flour with increased digestibility and improved functionality compared to regular cassava flour. Our ideal consumers are: Primary: • Millennials with disposable income • Have food sensitivities or prefer to consume products that have the ‘free from’ attributes • Open to trying new things Secondary • Mothers that cook and bake for gluten free households • Open to trying healthier alternatives to products that they’re used to when cooking or baking at home

After exploring many options, our journey brought us back to nature, where it all begins. Natural Goodness Nine Harvest Premium Cassava Flour is made from fresh whole cassava root planted naturally and traditionally in East Java, Indonesia. Nine Harvest is taking fresh whole cassavas and naturally fermenting it to produce Premium Cassava Flour that is easy to digest and works well as a 1:1 wheat flour substitute in most recipes. Giving Back The local farming communities of East Java, Indonesia play a big part in producing this product. As part of our company’s philosophy, we are committed to support this community’s welfare.
